A native of Long Island, NY, Perry Craz began his collegiate playing career at the University of Albany before he transferring to Salisbury University where he was a 2-year starter at midfield and helped lead the Gulls to the 2011 NCAA National Championship. Prior to joining the Sea King staff, he has served as an assistant coach at King's College (NCAA Division III) and been the head coach at both Northwood HS and Woodbridge HS in Irvine, CA.
A native of Virginia, Coach Cassi played goalie at King's College in Wilkes-Barre, PA (NCAA Division III). He went on to play post-collegiate club lacrosse for Durham University in the U.K. while earning his MBA. He moved to Orange County in 2011 and began coaching in the CDM and Surf Dawg programs. Kevin Barrow

Coach Barrow grew up in Landenberg, PA (outside of Philadelphia) and played college lacrosse from 2012-2015 at NCAA Division I St. Joseph's in Philly. He currently works in wealth management at JP Morgan in Newport Beach.
A native of Virginia, Coach Cassi played goalie at King's College in Wilkes-Barre, PA (NCAA Division III). He went on to play post-collegiate club lacrosse for Durham University in the U.K. while earning his MBA. He moved to Orange County in 2011 and began coaching in the CDM and Surf Dawg programs. A native of Virginia, Coach Cassi played goalie at King's College in Wilkes-Barre, PA (NCAA Division III). He went on to play post-collegiate club lacrosse for Durham University in the U.K. while earning his MBA. He moved to Orange County in 2011 and began coaching in the CDM and Surf Dawg programs. Over the past ten seasons, Coach Cassi has developed some of the top team defenses and goalies in Southern California.
He is the founder of Focus Lacrosse, a cutting-edge goalie development platform.

Ralph Lopez

Coach Lopez joined the CDM lacrosse coaching staff in 2016.
A former elite soccer coach with the Slammers FC program (1996-2010) and the Pacific Soccer Club (2012-2013), Coach Lopez holds a number of certifications including a Level 2 Dutch, CYSA Level E and Level F licenses.
In just a few short years, Coach Lopez has developed into an outstanding addition to the Sea King staff. He specializes in developing young players who are new to the program and the sport.

Brandon Mayo

Coach Mayo played his high school lacrosse locally at Tesoro and went on to play collegiately at Concordia University in Irvine, where he helped lead his team to the 2017 MCLA Division II National Championship. He graduated from Concordia in 2020 with a dual degree in Business Management and Marketing.
He joined the CDM coaching staff during the 2020-21 school year and works primarily in skill development with the team's attackmen and midfielders.

Casey Mix
Assistant Coach, Part-Time

Casey Mix recently moved from Newport Beach to Atwater Village in the Los Angeles area to pursue a professional career in the art industry. As a result, he is no longer able to coach full-time at CDM.
He was the team captain and an All-American attackman at CDM in 2013. He played a critical role on the undefeated 2012 CIF Championship team, including scoring the game winning goal.
After graduation from CDM, he went on to be a standout attackman for the Gauchos at UCSB.
In 2018, he joined the CDM coaching staff and spent the next three years as the head coach of the JV program and a varsity assistant.

Steve Hauschka

Steve Hauschka joined the CDM Lacrosse coaching staff during the 2022 lacrosse season.
Coach Hauschka played lacrosse, soccer and football at Middlebury College in the NESCAC and football at NC State in the ACC. After his college career ended in 2007, he went on to have a fourteen year career in the NFL as a placekicker, where he won a Super Bowl with the Seattle Seahawks. He remains one of the top-ten all time most accurate kickers in NFL history.
In 2022, he joined the CDM coaching staff and works with players and coaches on improving their mental and physical approach to the game.
